When you request a quotation — by WhatsApp, email, telephone or the enquiry form — we receive the contact details and the message you choose to send: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the products you are interested in.

Like most websites, our servers record standard technical data: IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site secure, diagnose faults and understand which products visitors look for.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These services set cookies and may record your approximate location, device type and the pages you view. We do not sell this data and we do not use it to identify you personally.
