Oil-heated, stainless steel plate and electrically resistant aluminum plate veneer presses are manufactured in single and multi-layers in various sizes, with a pressure power from 60 tons to 150 tons, and are used in bonding thin and thick wood veneers and laminates on chipboard, fibreboard, MDF and plywood. In addition, single and multi-layer special presses with electricity, water, oil and steam heating, with capacities ranging from 100 tons to 1000 tons, are produced for various purposes. It has 4, 6, 8 or more cylinders depending on the tonnage, and is designed to distribute pressure evenly over the area, and has hard chrome-plated pistons that are resistant to wear and oxidation. The press is automatically opened at the end of the job depending on the time. The pressure manometer is secured with an electronic circuit. For safe use against work accidents, the system can be stopped from anywhere in the environment with a ring wire.
