This CNC machine installation project became one of the most technically demanding heavy machinery transportation and industrial installation operations completed by SupplierTR.
The project started after SupplierTR successfully won a public procurement tender for multiple CNC machines designed for a vocational education workshop.
All CNC machines were manufactured fully in compliance with the technical specifications defined in the government tender documentation.
However, once the delivery process began, the real engineering challenge appeared.
The school building was extremely old and completely unsuitable for modern CNC machine transportation and industrial equipment installation.
The workshop corridors were too narrow.
The building entrances were undersized.
The internal hallways physically could not allow the CNC machines to pass through.
At this stage, conventional industrial machine delivery methods became impossible.
Instead of treating the operation as a simple CNC machine supply project, SupplierTR transformed the process into a complete industrial infrastructure adaptation and heavy equipment installation project.
A major structural wall inside the workshop was carefully demolished through a controlled engineering operation. During this phase, the building’s heating system, electrical infrastructure, and network systems were temporarily dismantled to create a safe machine entry route.
Using heavy lifting cranes, all CNC machines were transferred into the building with millimeter-level precision.
After the machines entered the facility, 3.5-ton electric pallet trucks were used to reposition every CNC machine centimeter by centimeter until final alignment was successfully completed inside the workshop area.
The installation process required continuous coordination between:

Once all CNC machines were successfully installed:
- The demolished wall was rebuilt

- The workshop environment was restored to full operational condition
