AJVAR PRODUCTION LINE Widely consumed for breakfast and with certain foods, especially in the European Continent and the Balkan Region; It is a type of paste generally made from roasted peppers and roasted eggplants, in which the roasted or boiled peppers and eggplants are shredded and turned into a paste.
