Fruit & Vegetable Drying Line is a process line that allows Fruits and Vegetables to be cut/chopped as desired in line with the user's request and their water evaporated and dried with the help of industrial ovens. Due to the structure of Fruits and Vegetables, the juiciness rate causes variability in the efficiency of the drying process. This may cause differences in the drying time of the fruits and vegetables to be dried.
