Halva Unit
HELVA PROCESS UNIT Halva production unit is a semi-continuous system consisting of two sugar syrup boiling tanks and an automatic beater mixer. The syrup is taken in a controlled manner using flow meters, it is reached to the desired temperature in serpentine boilers, and thanks to automation, additives are added at the right time. After the boiled syrup is cooled, it is transferred to the mixer bowl with positive pressure. The speed and time control of the mixer is adjusted via automation, the whisking process is completed in a programmed manner and the product is automatically discharged. Thanks to the double boiler structure, new syrup is prepared while whisking, which ensures uninterrupted and efficient production.
