MOLASSES PRODUCTION LINE FROM DRIED PRODUCT: Fruits with low water content (dates, carob, raisins, etc.) entering the facility are filled into bunkers. Water is added in the amount prescribed and diffusion occurs for a certain period of time. Diffusion allows the essence and sugar in the raw material to pass into water. This juice and the pulp of the fruits are sent to the Evaporator for evaporation after filtration methods that vary depending on the process. These mash products are boiled in the evaporator under vacuum at low temperatures until the desired brix is reached. The product reaching the desired brix is transferred to the Filling Line via pumps. MOLASSES PRODUCTION LINE FROM FRESH PRODUCT: Fresh fruits (Grapes, Mulberries, etc.) entering the facility are pre-processed and the fruit juice is taken. These products are sent to the evaporator for evaporation after filtration methods that vary depending on the process. These prepared mash products are boiled in the evaporator, under vacuum, at low temperatures, until the desired brix is reached. The product reaching the desired brix is transferred to the Filling Line via pumps.
