POMEGRANATE SOUR PRODUCTION LINE Pomegranate Syrup is categorized as molasses or sauce in various countries. Pomegranate Syrup product, which technically falls into the Molasses group, goes through the Molasses Production Line process from Fresh Product. Pomegranates entering the facility are pre-processed and processed. This product is sent to the evaporator for evaporation after filtration methods that vary depending on the process. This prepared mash product is boiled in the evaporator, under vacuum, at low temperatures, until the desired brix is ​​reached. The product reaching the desired brix is ​​transferred to the Filling Line via pumps.
