Sesame Horizontal Drying Unit

SESAME HORIZONTAL DRYING UNIT is an equipment used to dehumidify washed and dehulled sesame seeds in a controlled manner in sesame processing lines. Thanks to the special spirals moving within the horizontal body structure, the sesame comes into contact with the hot air evenly as it moves from the inlet to the outlet of the unit. The hot air circulating within the unit creates a homogeneous drying effect on the sesame seeds. In this way, moisture is removed in a controlled manner and sesame seeds are reduced to the desired humidity level. Thanks to vacuum-assisted or low-temperature drying options, the drying process is carried out without damaging the oil structure of the sesame. Thus, the natural color, taste and nutritional values ​​of the product are preserved. The drying unit, which is suitable for continuous operation thanks to its horizontal design, offers a high capacity and efficient drying process.
