White Sesame Processing is the most demanded method produced by our brand. Bagel Sesame Processing; It is commonly used only in bagels. White Sesame is obtained by mixing the sesame seeds from the processing process with molasses in open boilers after coming out of the pre-drying line. Tahini is not produced from Sesame for Simit. TAHIN PRODUCTION LINE: Tahini is a kind of sweet paste that is widely consumed in the Middle East Region of the Asian Continent. The sesame seeds coming out of the White Sesame Processing Line are rinsed and dried, then enter the roasting process, and after roasting, they are produced by passing through a stone or colloid mill. It is a production line commonly preferred by Tahini producers and Hummus producers. While a Processed Sesame Supplier or Sesame Processing Line is needed for the Tahini Production Line, an additional Halva Production Line is needed for users who want to produce Halva from Tahini.
